This appeal primarily involves the question of whether the trial court properly denied defendant B-Bom, Inc.’s (hereafter “B-Bom”) motion for a directed verdict on the issue of whether the corporate entity of D & S Enterprises, Inc. (hereafter “D & S”), should be disregarded. Defendant’s other arguments relate primarily to the form of the trial court’s instructions to the jury on the eleven issues presented.
