Before the Court are four motions to dismiss submitted by defendants Balti more Industries (“BI”) and Capes Investment, LLC (“Capes”). (R. Doc. 318, 353, 354, and 367). BI and Capes seek dismissal of all claims filed against them by plaintiff Bona Fide Demolition and Recovery, LLC (“Bona Fide”), and co-defendants and cross-claimants Stephen Barbuto, Anthony Barbuto and Weathertight Roofing, Inc (“Weathertight”).
