Monogram Precision Industries, Inc., appeals from a confirmation of an arbitration award entered in favor of William B. Logan and Associates in the San Francisco Superior Court. Respondent rendered certain managerial and consulting services to Cascade Research Corporation, appellant’s predecessor in interest. The claim for fees and expenses was disputed and an arbitration agreement was executed.
