Plaintiff Cole-Haddon, Ltd. (“Cole-Had-don”) filed a complaint against Andrew Cohen, d/b/a Drew Philips Corp., d/b/a Fashionista, d/b/a Supply & Demand (“Drew Philips”), alleging breach of contract, failure to pay commissions in violation of 820 ILCS § 120, quantum meruit, and requesting an action for accounting.
