Appeal from Polk District Court. — Thomas J. Guthrie, Judge. Action at law to recover damages for injuries received by plaintiff, in a. collision between an auto truck, in which he was riding, and an engine and train operated by defendant. Trial to a jury, and verdict and judgment for plaintiff. The defendant appeals.
