The plaintiff appeals from a judgment of nonsuit as to both causes of action set out in the complaint.

It is alleged in the complaint that plaintiff was a resident of San Diego County and was highly respected and of high standing in the community, occupied a high position in and had the confidence of the business world and was generally recognized in the community as a business man of the highest integrity and capability.
