COX, Judge:

Appellant was tried by general court-martial (military judge alone) convened at Fort Hood, Texas, on August 10 and 17, 1990, for larceny, forgery, and false swearing, in violation of Articles 121, 123, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921, 923, and 934, respectively. Pursuant to a pretrial agreement, she pled guilty to all Charges and specifications, and the military judge accepted her pleas as provident. She was convicted and sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 15 months, total forfeitures, and reduction to E-l.
