By the terms of the written contract between the parties, plaintiff was to work as a laborer for the defendants for at least three months after a schooner *732known as “Louisa D.” readied Cape Nome or adjacent-waters in Alaska, at the agreed compensation of $150 per month and board. Other services were contemplated, which need not be set out at this time.
