OPINION

WATT, Justice.

¶ 1 Petitioner Jerry E. Otis voluntarily submitted his resignation from membership to the Oklahoma Bar Association (the Bar) pending disciplinary proceedings on November 23, 1993. This Court found Otis had complied with the provisions of Rule 8.1, Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (RGDP), 5 O.S.1991, Ch. 1, App. 1-A 1 and approved the resignation in an order filed on January 11, 1994.
