The defendants, Enfield Shade Tobacco, LLC, (Enfield Shade), Alexander K. Chickosky, Henry A. Maturo and Constance B. Talarski,1 appeal from the trial court judgment entering a permanent injunction in favor of the plaintiffs, the town of Enfield (town) and its zoning enforcement officer, Wayne T. Bickley, barring the defendants from launching or landing a helicopter on a residentially zoned property, and from launching or landing a helicopter on an industrially zoned property without a special permit.
