Petitioners, National Geographic Society and American Motorists Insurance Company (collectively referred to as National), seek review of a decision of the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (DOES), requiring National to pay the attorney’s fees and costs of intervenor, Isaac Brown, in a workers’ compensation case.
