The plaintiff, Rosalia Calcano, appeals1 from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, against the named defendant, Damaris Calcano.2 The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly admitted into evidence certain office notes and a transcription of the notes prepared by the plaintiff’s chiropractor, Douglas M. Keeney.
