This is an appeal from the district court of 'Cotton county, wherein the defendant was informed against and convicted of the crime of bigamy, and sentenced to serve a term of one year’s imprisonment in the state penitentiary. From' this judgment of conviction he has appealed to" this court, and asks that the judgment be reversed on the ground that the count erred in overruling the demurrer to the information.
