OPINION

{¶ 1} Daniel L. Brown appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary judgment in favor of JPMorgan Chase Bank ("JPMorgan") on its foreclosure claim and Brown's counterclaim to JPMorgan's foreclosure action. Brown also appeals the trial court's confirmation of the sale of his property to JPMorgan, which occurred after the court granted judgment to JPMorgan on its foreclosure claim.
