{¶ 1} This case was accepted as a certified conflict between judgments of the Twelfth District Court of Appeals and the Tenth District Court of Appeals on the narrow issue of whether actual knowledge of a trial court’s judgment can be a sufficient substitute for service pursuant to Civ.R. 58(B).
