This is a disciplinary proceeding. The Board on Professional Responsibility (“the Board”) 1 held a hearing on January 24, 1989 concerning charges of personal and professional misconduct brought against John P. Clyne, Jr. The charges related to Clyne’s mishandling of two clients’ cases, his misrepresentations to this Court, and his failure to provide financial records to disciplinary counsel in a timely fashion.
