In this appeal by allowance, we consider the meaning and proper application of the statutory two-witness rule for proving a will where the original, executed will is lost.

This dispute arises from an attempt to enter a copy of a lost will into probate. According to the credited testimony and other evidence presented in the orphans’ court, Isabel Wilner (“Decedent”), born in 1920, died at age 91 in March 2011.
