Berry, Justice:

This is an appeal by Kanawha Valley Transportation Company from an order of the West Virginia Public Service Commission which revoked certificates of convé-nience and necessity authorizing it to operate as a common carrier in the transportation of passengers by taxicab service.

On February 16, 1973, apparently as a result of transfer proceedings before the West Virginia Public Service *90Commission, the Kanawha Valley Transportation Company was granted the authority under three certificates of convenience and necessity to operate taxicab service from three locations in Kanawha…
