Defendant was found guilty of six counts of violation of section 286 and three counts of violation of section 288 of the Penal Code, in relation to. several young boys. His motion for a new trial was denied, as was his *472application for probation, and he was sentenced on each count to the state prison for the term prescribed by law— the sentences on the six counts of sodomy to run concurrently with each other, and the sentences on the three counts of lewd and lascivious conduct to run concurrently with each other and consecutively with the sentences on the first six counts.
