Petitioner De Ping Wang, proceeding pro se, seeks review of a final order of removal entered by the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) on June 7, 2002. He submitted a petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenging the removal order under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on May 31, 2006.
