Plaintiff, Secor Investments, LLC, appeals from a judgment in favor of defendants Fred and Beulah Anderegg (Andereggs) and Píame & Associates and Robert Píame (Píame defendants), dismissing plaintiffs claims for fraud, negligence, breach of contract, indemnity, conversion, trespass, nuisance, and intentional interference with economic relations, as well as various statutory claims. A1 of those claims arose, directly or indirectly, from plaintiffs acquisition of land, which had been formerly owned by the Andereggs, from the Anderegg Joint Living Trust (Anderegg Trust) in 1996.
