EVERETT, Chief Judge:

A special court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of three specifications alleging indecent acts with the same female under the age of 16 years, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. Upon these findings, the members sentenced appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 4 months, forfeiture of $200.00 pay per month for 4 months, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
