This employment discrimination case comes before the court on the defendant National Cold Storage, Inc.’s (“National’s”) motion for summary judgment (Dk.33). The plaintiff, Mark A. McCleary (“McCleary”), claims that National terminated his employment in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101, et seq.
