This Order addresses two motions in limine to exclude expert testimony under Fed. R.Evid. 702, one motion to strike evidence improperly submitted and two motions for summary judgment under Fed.R.Civ.P. 56, in *638this suit by 26 plaintiff employees (“plaintiffs”) against their employer, Swift & Company (“Swift”) for claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq., and the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (“CADA”).
