MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MURGUIA, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on defendant’s, The Boeing Company’s, motion for summary judgment (Doc. 57). 1 For the reasons set forth more fully below, defendant’s motion for summary judgment is granted.

As a preliminary matter, the court notes that the plaintiff, Ms. Riggs, appears pro se.
