CLARK, Circuit Judge:
Patricia Fugitt originally brought this suit as a class action under Section 1 of the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 (1974). 1 She withdrew all of her class action claims and her request for injunctive relief at the pre-trial conference and now seeks only damages. Fugitt alleges that during her confinement in the Dallas County Jail located in Dallas, Texas, she sustained fractures of the hand and foot.
