This is an appeal by the State Industrial Accident Commission from a judgment for plaintiff based on a jury verdict. Plaintiff was entitled to and received compensation from the Commission on account of an accidental injury by violent and external means in the course of his employment, which injury occurred on 22 September 1954. Plaintiff’s claim was duly filed and allowed and he was awarded compensation for temporary total disability.
