On December 1, 1913, Mr. Harry Albert Thomson of Kansas City executed his will, in which, after several specific bequests, he bequeathed and devised all of his property, then of the approximate value of $60,000, to a corporate trustee in Kansas City. The trustee was to pay the income from the trust to his wife for life and at his wife’s death to the children born of the marriage until they attained the age of forty years,, at which time the estate was to he divided among the children.
