Badt, C. J.:

This appeal is from an order of the court below discharging an attachment. The motion to discharge the attachment was made upon the ground that “the complaint fails to state a claim against defendant upon which relief can be granted, in that plaintiff is not the real party in interest.” The order was correct and must be affirmed. A statement of the facts follows. The parties will be referred to by their abbreviated names.
