This is an appeal from an interlocutory order, made by the district court of Ramsey county in a divorce action, requiring appellant to pay the plaintiff’s attorney the sum of $150 suit money, and the further sum of $100 as attorneys’ fees.
Appellant alleges twenty assignments of error, but they are all predicated upon the grounds: First, that defendant was not afforded a reasonable opportunity, or any opportunity, of a hearing on the application for the allowance on such suit money and attorneys’ fees; second, that it was error to require the payment of such suit money and attorney’s fees…
