Presently before the Court is an appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), which ruled that Claimant Rex G. Bennett (Claimant) failed to take a timely appeal from the Altoona UC Service Center’s (UC Center) Notice of Redetermination, Notice of Determination of Overpayment of Benefits, and Notice of Penalty Weeks Determination (collectively, “NOD”). 1 In so ruling, the Board affirmed the determination of the Referee, adopting and incorporating the Referee’s findings of fact and conclusions of law.
