Appellee obtained judgment for personal injuries in an automobile accident against one Sakleson, and brought in as garnishee upon attachment execution, State Automobile Insurance Association, a reciprocal insurance exchange organized in the State of Indiana and duly registered in this state. The claim against the garnishee ivas based upon a policy of insurance issued in its name to Sakleson, one of its subscribers. Service of the attachment upon the garnishee was effected by serving the insurance commissioner of this Commonwealth. The writ issued against…
