On July 17, 1970, the United States filed its complaint herein against J. R. Geigy, S. A., a Swiss corporation; its wholly-owned Swiss subsidiary, Geigy *509International A. G.; Geigy Chemical Corporation, a New York company owned entirely by the Swiss subsidiary; CIBA Limited, another Swiss corporation ; and CIBA Corporation, which exists under Delaware law and is wholly owned (at least in substance) by the similarly named Swiss enterprise.
