The heirs of Rodney J. Park, deceased, filed objections to the final settlement of N. C. Emery as administrator of the estate of Rodney J. Park. Upon appeal to the district court, amended objections were filed. The American Surety Company, as surety on the bond of the administrator, demurred to the amended objections (hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs’ petition) upon the ground that the cause of action, if any, was barred by the statute of limitations, and for the reason that the petition did not state facts sufficient to constitute a…
