ALTIMARI, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiffs-appellants Spar, Inc. and Spar Marketing Services, Inc. (collectively “Spar”) appeal from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Gerard L. Goettel, Judge), dismissing the underlying action as a result of a statute of limitations bar. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). The sole issue on appeal is whether the district court erred by refusing to grant Spar’s motion for a transfer of venue to the Northern District of Illinois, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1406.
