In this civil rights action, Plaintiff Jeffrey Deskovic (“Plaintiff’) brings claims against, inter alia, Defendants City of Peekskill, County of Westchester, and a number of police officers and other officials, in connection with the arrest, conviction, and incarceration of Plaintiff for a rape and murder that he did not commit.
