MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

CASTILLO, District Judge.

In this action several plaintiffs, who were women managers employed by the defendant, The NutraSweet Company, claimed that the salaries paid to them and other women managers were discriminatory. In a series of earlier decisions, this Court granted summary judgment for NutraSweet on the ground that the named plaintiffs’ claims were barred by a release each plaintiff had signed.
