Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered September 9, 1974, upon a jury verdict convicting defendant of two counts of rape in the first degree, one count of sodomy in the first degree, three counts of robbery in the first degree and possession of a dangerous instrument as a misdemeanor, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 8 Vs to 25 years on the felony counts and one year on the misdemeanor count, reversed, on the law, defendant’s motion to suppress granted and the matter is remanded for a new trial.
