— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Leggett, J.), rendered January 2,1979, convicting him of sexual abuse in the first degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress his confessions. Judgment reversed, on the law, defendant’s motion to suppress granted, and new trial ordered. The facts have been considered and are determined to have been established.
