Robert E. Quinn, Chief Judge:
A general court-martial convened by the Commanding General, First Infantry Division, in Bamberg, Germany, convicted the accused of housebreaking and larceny, violations of Articles 130 and 121, respectively, of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC §§ 724, 715. He was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for one year.
