GEORGE W. Latimer, Judge:

The accused was tried by general court-martial in Germany for violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 715, the three specifications thereunder alleging that he stole three cameras. He was found guilty of two specifications, sentenced to dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement at hard labor for two years.
