MEMORANDUM

MILBURN, District Judge.

This is a products liability action in which the plaintiff alleges that her husband was fatally injured by reason of exposure to asbestos-containing products manufactured and sold by the defendants. Liability is asserted solely on the basis of strict liability in tort. Restatement (Second) of Torts § 402A (1965); Tenn.Code Ann. §§ 29-28-101, et seq. (Tennessee Products Liability Act).
