In the above-styled action, Plaintiffs Annie McClain, Shirley Franks, Wilmer Hudson, Connie Thornburg and their respective spouses Johnny McClain, Roman Franks, Gertha Jones and Jeffrey Thorn-burg bring sundry state law claims against Defendant Metabolife International, Inc. 1 The Court’s jurisdiction over this matter is founded on diversity, 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
