THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Lead Plaintiffs Opposed Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint Pursuant to Rule 15(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, filed July 15, 2009 (Doc. 176). The Court held a hearing on October 26, 2009.
