THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs First Motion to Compel Production of Documents, filed May 2, 2016 (Doc. 52)(“Motion to Compel”). The Court held a hearing on March 16, 2017. The primary issue is whether the Court should compel Defendant Sandia National Laboratories to produce various items of requested discovery to Plaintiff Linda Benavidez.
