There is here presented an appeal by the principal defendant, Holland Corporation, from a judgment of the superior court for King county awarding recovery against it in favor of the plaintiff, the Exeter Company, in the sum of approximately forty thousand dollars, and decreeing that recovery to be a lien charge against funds deposited by the Holland Corporation, as lessee, with the Exeter Company, as lessor, and also a lien charge against certain funds as rental proceeds of the lease.
