The verdict of the jury, in this action for damages for wrongful death, was for plaintiff in the sum of $12,000, and judgment was entered in accordance with the verdict. Plaintiff appeals from that portion of the judg*822ment “which assesses, fixes and limits the damages and the amount payable to the plaintiff.”
