The facts in this ease sufficiently appear from the pleadings. The second paragraph of the complaint, containing the contract sued upon in this action, is as follows:
“That during the month of June, 1899, said plaintiff, at the special instance and request of said defendants, sold and delivered unto the said defendants at London, in said county and state, the following live stock, to-wit:
Total value of fat cattle and stock cattle. .$994.00
That the said defendants agreed to pay said plaintiff for said fat cattle and stock cattle the prices set…
