This is an appeal on questions of law from a declaratory judgment of the Common Pleas Court awarding plaintiffs, appellees herein, title by adverse possession to certain land belonging to the defendant, appel lant herein, Board of Education, Monroeville Local School District. The case was submitted to the tria] court upon an agreed statement of facts, to wit:
