Darden, Chief Judge:

The appellant stands convicted of twice willfully disobeying orders of a superior. This Court’s attention is centered on questions involving speedy trial and whether the appellant was denied military due process by his command’s refusal to permit him to *402see counsel until almost two months after he committed his first offense.
